Returns Policy
RETURNING UNWANTED ITEMS
Requests to return any unwanted stock items must be made to us within 30 days of delivery. Any goods that were ordered in as a special request must be reported within 48 hours. All goods must be in their original, unopened packaging and in a resaleable condition with no markings to the packaging or goods.
Some unwanted items will be subject to a restocking fee of £15.00 or 20% whichever is greater.
A credit or refund will be issued, less any restocking fees that may be applicable.
RETURNING INCORRECT ITEMS
Goods that are incorrect on a delivery must be reported to Nivek within 48 hours of the delivery arriving.
All goods must be in their original, unopened packaging and in a resaleable condition with no markings to the packaging or goods.
We will arrange collection of the goods. Once they are received back into our warehouse they will be checked to be approved as suitable for restocking.
A credit or refund will be issued, less any restocking fees that may be applicable.
If the goods are not approved for restocking, we will contact you to discuss further options. This may incur a fee.
RETURNING DAMAGED ITEMS
Goods that are damaged on a delivery must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery arriving. We may ask you to provide photos of the goods and their packaging.
We will arrange collection of the goods. Once they are received back into our warehouse they will be checked thoroughly.
If accepted as damaged. a credit or refund will be issued, less any restocking fees that may be applicable.
If the goods are not approved for restocking, we will contact you to discuss further options. This may incur a fee.
RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS
Goods that are faulty must be reported within 30 days of the delivery arriving. We may ask you to provide photos of the goods and their packaging. (this applies outside of any manufacturers warranty)
We will arrange collection of the goods. Once they are received back into our warehouse they will be checked thoroughly.
These goods may need to be returned to our manufacturers for inspection.
If accepted as faulty a credit or refund will be issued, less any fees that may be applicable.
If the goods are not approved as faulty, we will contact you to discuss further options. This may incur a fee.
Returns can only be made with our prior approval, any goods returned to us without prior approval will not be credited.
